It is quite easy to understand whether you have an addiction or not, and it does not matter much whether it is an addition to video games, aggression, etc. If you want to stop doing something but it is difficult to do, it means that you have an addiction. When your surfing the social media obviously hampers your work, yet you go on looking through your news feed, or you realize that your aggression destroys your relationship but you cannot cope
with it, just know that it is an addiction at its best. Notably, that at the biochemical level your body calls for the release of hormones, which enter the bloodstream at the onset of such state. This is the main danger of “uncontrollable” actions.

 A large body of research has proven that a chemical action lasts for 30–120 sec. In fact, every person independently maintains negative reactions in the body. And we choose for ourselves how to feel at some particular moment. To control the situation, it is important to
learn shifting your attention, for example to sports, nature, a film or communication. A rapid change in concentration weakens the effect of the chemical cocktail. This capacity of the brain is called neuroplasticity. The better the neuroplasticity skill is developed, the faster
and easier you can learn controlling emotions and reactions to the events happening.

This will help you break the circle of negative emotions causing pathological changes in the body. New thoughts let you make a non-standard choice and reform your behavior. Consequently, new and healthy neural networks are formed. Self-esteem and confidence start developing; the process of personal enhancement is triggered.

Depression is one of the quintessential examples of a dependence. Any unhealthy feeling speaks of a biochemical imbalance in the body and in the “consciousness-body” system. At the same time it is a mistake to associate your personality with emotions and behavioral factors, although most people act in exactly this way when they say: “I’m bad-tempered”, “I’m sick”, “I’m angry”, “I’m weak”, etc. They set their emotions equal to their self, and because of which they keep repeating these feelings and reactions. They convince themselves of these artificial ideas. And this is one of the key mistakes! Any negative trait may be corrected and replaced with a desired condition. Only human imagination can limit his/her capacity.

To make a change happen, it is necessary to imagine your goal clearly without a strict plan of its achievement. The brain itself will select the best scenario.

To achieve the desired, imagine it in your mind, feel it through positive emotions and feel happy in advance. A clear picture and emotional experience are equal to implementation at the quantum level. Now the only thing to do is to transform the event into reality.

It is another important piece of advice. The best emotion for learning the information is astonishment. That is why it is important to learn some new things every day, it will train your brain, form and strengthen new neural networks, help to change your way of thinking and personality.

Everyone can turn a complex situation to his/her advantage. Every day learn perceiving events at a different angle and your body will send a signal back. And the events happening around you will change together with it. A transformed way of thinking, awareness and knowledge change a person and his/her life for the better.
