In the fast pace of life many people fail to notice that their brain functions are aggravated. As a result, forgetfulness, absent-mindedness, insomnia, and low concentration are becoming common companions in their everyday life.

People always notice any changes in their appearance, but, unfortunately, they do not see the changes occurred inside of them.Yet if to leave these problems unattended, they may eventually face total deterioration of the mental activity. 

Remember: from the age of 25, in case of intellectual inactivity the age has a merciless effect on the brain and may result in dementia.

When you come across long and complicated articles or other pieces of literature you are ready to give it up in a couple of minutes. Reading some complicated material you get distracted all the time and cannot trace the gist.

   

Nothing new can attract you.

You have no desire to get familiar with new gadgets and devices as you have your old ones. You do not want to learn anything new as you are fully satisfied with the knowledge and skills you currently have.

After watching some long films you can hardly remember names of characters or events from the beginning. You find these films too complicated and brain-boiling, and you prefer to relax watching a talk-show or primitive series instead.

Scientists will take care (a reference link to an article that a human can live for a thousand years) that people live for several hundred years, and we should train our brains today in order to witness new opportunities the science will offer. Fight procrastination.
